Wheelie Clean Hygiene is a mobile bin, patio and driveway cleaning service based in Inverness, serving the Highlands of Scotland. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the "data controller" of the personal information you give us.

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, email address and home or business address (so we can quote and carry out the work).
• Details of the service you're asking about (for example, how many bins you have).
• Anything you tell us by phone, WhatsApp, text or email.

We do not have customer accounts, newsletters or online payments, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

We use your details only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• Arrange, carry out and follow up on your cleaning service.
• Keep basic records of work done for accounting and legal purposes.

Our legal basis for this is performance of a contract (or steps before one, like giving a quote) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

We keep enquiry and job records only as long as we need them — typically for the duration of your service plus the period required for our accounts and tax records (usually 6 years for financial records). Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months.

This website is mostly "cookie-free". The only cookies it may set are analytics cookies from Google Analytics (such as _ga), and only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. These help us understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at, so we can improve it. They do not identify you personally.

If you click Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser (not a cookie) so we don't keep asking, and the site works exactly the same either way.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
